Cookies smarties
For a dozen cookies
Ingredients:
- 75g butter, softened
- 15g brown sugar
- 20g of white sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 90g flour
- 40g Smarties
- 1 / 2 packet of vanilla sugar
Beat softened butter with sugar and egg yolks until the mixture becomes creamy. Add the flour and crushed smarties. Mix well. Divide into little piles of flattened, evenly spaced on parchment paper. Push the whole smarties on top. Slip into a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
