Shoes To Wear To A Rave

custard in the microwave.

After repeatedly missed the custard (the appearance of lumps), I was delighted to find on the blog: http://mamaisonpaindepices.over-blog.com, a recipe to make in the microwave. I tried and delight, a custard with a perfect texture without lumps. What more!

For a full cup
Ingredients:

-1 yolk

- 25g sugar

-160ml milk

-1 / 2 packet of vanilla sugar

- 7g cornstarch

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well. Put the bowl in the microwave and cover with the bell. Set your microwave to a minimum (ideally 750 watts). Put your cream per session of 2 minutes until desired texture.
Mix baking between each session. Warning cooling the cream thickens slightly.
